Davidson Building
Building shading management solution, installed with powder coated motorised rail guided tension system fitted to external east and west elevations of a glazed pavilion.
Additionally, we replaced fabric panels to existing internal tensioned wire-guided shading system, installed beside an impressive atrium from cantilevered balconies overlooking the reception.
All shading systems were connected to a previously installed BAB Project Climatronic touch screen panel at building management desk. A weather station installed to provide automated shade control in accordance with weather condition at roof level. The system was installed complete with actuators, internal temperature and humidity sensors.
